"The Bather," Giant Woman Sculpture in the water, Germany

“Die Badende” or “The Bather,” a giant, styrofoam-and-steel sculpture showing a woman’s head and knees if she were soaking in a bathtub.

Created by artist Oliver Voss, the 13-foot-high, 98-foot-long sculpture.

The sculpture has been placed in Hamburg’s picturesque Alster Lake as a floating sculpture.

It was apparently created with the aim of becoming a topic of conversation in Germany.
